“We are Barbara and Bill Roehl and in 2007 we decided to move and build a new home. After looking on line at home designs and looking at some manufactured homes and getting some good ideas we went to the LCBA display at Schoolside Estates in Throop Pa. We visited all the homes that were open and built by some of the best contractors in the area. We found a design we liked and after meeting with the architect who did the design, we had him do a custom set of plans for us. We then met with 5 local building contractors and solicited bids. That was when we met Russ Decker and found he was easy to work with, was honest, and performed at the highest levels possible. We looked at several homes he built and or was building and after his proposal came in decided he was the best choice for us. We were not disappointed as the home he built for us is magnificent. Several strangers have stopped and asked to look inside and told us they loved our home.
